I really like how glass looks in the bottom of bowls. It soaks up the whatever glaze it's placed on top of an absorbs the color, but often the glass turns a different color. This particular bowl was glazed in a pretty Kelly green, but the glass absorbed the glaze and turned blue. So pretty!
